These Terms & Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and detpkr. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the detpkr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause set out below. Only individuals aged 21 or over who are not residents of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited may register a detpkr account. One account per person is permitted. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All transactions are processed in PKR. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20 are accepted. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. detpkr charges no withdrawal fees. Third-party payment processors may apply their own transfer charges independently.
All promotions and bonuses offered by detpkr are subject to wagering requirements and validity windows published alongside each offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to verification before withdrawal. Misuse of bonus terms is grounds for account restriction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your detpkr login credentials. detpkr will never request your password via any channel. All activity on your account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — is your liability unless you report unauthorised access to us immediately.

To register a detpkr account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

Only one account per person is permitted on the detpkr platform. The existence of multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by shared device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, CNIC, or any other identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of balances associated with those accounts, and potential reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your detpkr account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits and withdrawals initiated, all bonus claims made, and all communications sent via your account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
detpkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This provides an additional layer of protection beyond your password. detpkr will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, you should treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to detpkr's support team immediately.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the detpkr 24/7 live chat support team. Before closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable KYC checks and these Terms. Active bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure. detpkr reserves the right to retain records of closed accounts for regulatory and anti-fraud purposes for a period consistent with applicable law.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. detpkr may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts as published in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Remaining real-money balances will not be forfeited without prior written notice.
All transactions on the detpkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). detpkr supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. detpkr operates under international AML/CFT obligations. All large or unusual transactions are subject to enhanced due diligence. Funds deposited into a detpkr account must be used for legitimate gaming activity and must not be deposited or withdrawn in patterns consistent with money laundering. detpkr will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
detpkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the offer, which form an addendum to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that offer only.
All bets placed and games played on the detpkr platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or sporting market. These rules are accessible from within each game or market on the platform. By placing a bet or beginning a game session, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the detpkr platform. Breach of any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
All content on the detpkr platform — including but not limited to the detpkr brand name and logo, platform design and layout, software architecture, game content licensed from third-party providers, written content, promotional materials, and all other original works — is the intellectual property of detpkr or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and related laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No part of the platform content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of detpkr. Breach of this clause may result in account closure and legal proceedings.
detpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling is an entertainment activity and should never be used as a means to generate income, recover financial losses, or be conducted under the influence of substances. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and monitor their gaming behaviour regularly.

detpkr reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any account where our responsible gaming team identifies indicators of problem gambling, including large loss sessions, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycling, or communications indicating financial distress. These measures will be applied without prior notice where necessary to protect the player.
The minimum age to hold and use a detpkr account is 21 years. This requirement is verified through KYC documentation during the account lifecycle. Any account found to be held by a player under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposited real-money funds returned to the originating payment method after identity verification.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by detpkr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. detpkr processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and marketing communications where you have provided consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, detpkr's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or service accessed through the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
detpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, even if detpkr has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
detpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment processor outages, internet service disruptions, and regulatory events may result in temporary service unavailability. detpkr will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
detpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, detpkr will provide reasonable prior notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or by prominent notice on the platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be applied without prior notice.
Continued use of the detpkr platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which detpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the detpkr platform shall first be submitted to detpkr's internal complaints resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through detpkr's internal process within thirty (30) days of the complaint being raised, the player may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body specified under detpkr's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided upon request. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that may apply to you under the law of your own jurisdiction.
